The independent and assisted living facilities offer both studio and one bedroom apartments equipped with full kitchens.
Oak Grove offers skilled and long-term nursing care which includes our new short-term rehab unit providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Registered with the state of Indiana in 2006 as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
